Very rude and impatient staff but I was desperate for quality shoes.
They have the shoes and the technique but lack the customer service. Today I drove 40 minutes out of my way to this establishment because I was recommended and wanted to support a small business as I get back into running. I called ahead and told them I was coming, walked in and asked where their bathroom was and immediately the woman working had an irritated tone, "well, are you going to buy anything?"
