We had Josh out to clean our tile floors. We have been in the house for 3 years now and this was the first time we have had this done. He was amazing, took his time an explained the entire process. We had provided him with basic square foot and was given an estimate of cost and length of job. Totally right on!! Floors look amazing!!!
