Worst customer experience ever. If I could give a negative star I would. Was charged for a service that had already been paid. When called to discussed, was hung up twice by a very rude employee who refused to provide name or transfer to a manger and then refused to answer the phone and let it go through to the answering service. While the company supposedly opens at 8 am, by 8:20am no one was in the office but the one rude employee who refused to do her job.
