Several neighbors highly recommended Phillip's company to help us with a potential drainage problem. He answered when I called and spent time on the phone to understand our situation. He then came out to the house to evaluate. His assessment was that no action was needed, which gave us peace of mind. This was all at NO CHARGE. Phillip is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his services.

After three other bids to waterproof my basement I was advised by two different contractors to contact Phillip at Exterior Waterproofing. I'm so glad I did! He not only beat their prices by several thousand dollars (one by $11,000 from an outrageous bid) but he was the most informative when we first met. I knew he had the experience and knowledge that I was looking for. His workers are top-notch as well. Phillip M***** and his crew are excellent. Showed up on time, rare these days, work was performed perfectly, crew members wasted no time, and work space was cleaned to the point it would have made my mother proud, and that's really saying something!! We couldn't be more pleased. **********

Phillip and his crew were wonderful! I talked with several companies about putting a drainage system in my basement - the bid from Exterior Waterproofing was by far the best. Phillip, the company's owner, took the time to explain why a drainage system was the best option for my situation, and answered all my questions. The guys on the crew did a great job and Philip made sure the job met his standards. I could not have asked for a better plan, implementation, and follow up. I spoke with several waterproofing companies and Exterior Waterproofing was the only company that put together a plan to mitigate the problem outside of the house instead of collecting and pumping it once it got in. The crew was quick, efficient, and cleaned everything up.
