they told me upon checking in if marco Mcknight was with me don't give me the room I have no clue who that is and they don't clean the rooms or give new towels
Ugghhh. This is suppose to be extended stay. No coffee pot in room, no hairdryer, no paper plates, has a stove but not even a pot to cook in. No Kleenex in room. Dirty. Asked if there was somewhere I could print something and there is not in the hotel. Fridge is dirty. Gross.
Worst hotel ever. Prices are ridiculous. My daughter is on a dance team and we travel from state to state. We will never stay at another 1 of their hotels. Old,dirty,nasty,need 2 be updated 30 yrs ago. Thinking about disputing the charges with my credit card company

The whole hotel is decorated with "thank you for not smoking" and "were smoke free and love to keep our hotel clean" but the entire hotel smells like a litter box, whole hotel smells like cats have peed everywhere, it's disgusting.
Made reservations about a week in advance for 2 rooms. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were given to other customers because "reservations don't guarantee a room until you show up."
I would put 0 but was not an option. My husband is in the Air National Guard and it's a drill weekend. He got us tickets to a retirement party tonight so we thought we would treat ourselves and stay in Peoria. He booked a non smoking room over 2 weeks ago. We get here and they over booked the hotel. All they had was smoking. We don't smoke. We called ALL the other hotels that deal with guard but they were all booked up due to it being a guard weekend. Our room was dirty with cobwebs everywhere. We were given a coffee pot with old grounds still inside. The mugs were also dirty. Also there were very loud people in the lobby screaming until 3am both nights we were there.
