Went out of there way to make me comfortable. Even though I heard a dog barking and kids yelling in the hall I was unable to hear them in my room. Comfortable room
Good customer serviced & kitchen services
We have been here for two days and no one has cleaned had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Seriously! We have a few more days here. Not to excited about I better get some money back and it smelled like pot when we first got here so me and my son cleaned it. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! We will never stay at any extended stay America ever!!!!!!!! Terrible just terrible
I think this is the worst ripoff in hotel history stay away they rip you good by money and nice pictures!
The worst experience ever. We checked in and our room had not been cleaned. That was ok as the staff on shift were very nice. The cleaning staff apologized. The room they moved us in had a non working refrigerator . They told us they would switch it out. I waited until 6:00 a.m. I went to the front desk to see if I could get some ice as I had $70 of groceries that where going to go bad. The receptionist was very rude. This is somewhere to come if you're staying for a while..you have a fridge, lil stove and microwave! I had no complaints for the price
It was ok but the staff was rude at night and bath tub leaked
