Had a less than satisfactory experience with this hotel! Had an out of town employee stay there for nearly 3 weeks and room was never cleaned until the last day of his stay! Made several calls to the office and was promised this issue would be resolved and PROMISED 2 FREE NIGHTS for the problem and of course that was a LIE as well. Hotel MGR Caitlin White informed my employee that there was nothing she could do about a Promise that was made.
