this hotel is kicking my family out during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. with no family. and nowhere to go. I've been laid off for 2 weeks due to COVID-19 and am awaiting my taxes and stimulus. they called the police to have us removed on Easter Sunday. Corporate and local managers never contact you back and don't help in anyway. they called the police on us. and DCS. this hotel is a joke. I have contacted Governor Holcomb, the Attorney General, and all news outlets
RecommendedWas surprised to see the bad reviews. This is our second year staying here and have no complaints. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. This year they accidentally gave away our reserved room-were quick to rectify and upgraded us to VIP room at no extra cost. Love having the kitchen so we can cook our own meals. Great place to stay. Would definitely (and have) recommend to others
Garbage left behind that made the room stink so bad I almost changed rooms. Hair all over the bathroom floor and the ac is broken. I tried to make a complaint and front desk said manager was one the phone and somebody else could help me didn't even have a number to complain to the franchise.
Under the bed had old garbage, when I informed front desk she refunded customer satisfaction fee with attitude and no apology!!!!!
the room was so dirty, the lights didn’t work (probably so you can’t see the filth) and the air/furnace didn’t work either. We stayed 5 minutes and then found another hotel. Don’t recommend at all.
Argued with check-in clerk about my service dog. She kept demanding registration paperwork which is illegal. Tried to tell her the registries online are fake and not recognised by the ADA. DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR SERVICE DOGS. Too many Damon people buying shit so the can take their pets and not pay..hurts us who medically need our dogs.
It's alright, I wouldn't recommend there breakfast though, it's unless you like bad coffee and granola bars.
Only one air conditioner worked house keeping once a week very few channels to watch but in the exercise room and main lobby have all channels toilet bowl keeps filling had to wait one day for the handle on the toilet flusher to be repaired the hallway on third floor smells like cat pee. Then we found out our room had bed bugs in July so we shook our stuff out
