I wnt in to find out why my voice completely disappeared. They were quick with the paperwork and the wait was maybe 5 minutes before I was called back. Quickly surmised my sinusitis, got me a shot and a prescription and was on my way out very quickly! They even had a ULL student discount so I didnt pay too much!
Clean, friendly and professional! Was in and out quickly, highly recommend!
Efficient, quality CARING service! Woke up with an ear infection & within less than an hour I had 1) filled out paperwork, 2) seen a nurse, 3) got checked out and diagnosed by Dr. LaHood, 4) received in-office treatment and 5) had my prescription called in at the pharmacy. Y'all make getting sick a whole lot more pleasant. THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at Expressmed.
I have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had in a medical facility. The nurses and the PA were all extremely nice and welcoming. EVERY single staff member that passed me in the halls or in the office told me to "have a good day" even if we had little to no interaction at all! The service was speedy yet thorough on top of being the cheapest walk-in clinic I've ever been too. They gave me a discount when they didn't even need to and went out of their way to be helpful.
