Over 6 hours of waiting time for a test. Very unorganized, and very unprofessional

Was told Monday to come back Thursday for rapid testing and if I made an appointment I am basically holding a spot in line...so I made an appointment for 10:26am...that however was not the case. I waited in a line the wrapped along the building for 2 hours just to check in, and still currently waiting to be called back in to see a doctor/get a test done. 😡 not organized at all. Made an appointment online for 10:22, received a text 5 minutes before appointment that it was running 20 minutes late, I came at 10:40 and check in. Filled all insurance information out the day before for “faster service.” I’m still sitting here at 11:21. I asked the girl at the front counter for an ETA and with an attitude she told me she has no idea. Still made me fill out all the insurance information 😂 Just be ready to spend your entire day waiting to be seen.
twice I've been there. they are blase. The chattering at the front desk goes on with the girl from back and after they are done, she called your name! I had an eye injury, I was waiting a long time so I asked for ice. They gave me a bag to shake that never went cold. as I was leaving to go to an Urgent Care the reception told me I'd still be billed for an office visit. yes.
I been waiting for my results since Friday I been calling finally my results in today but no one is available to release my results please I have a child with autism I’m bugging you guys please
Worst place ever charged me 300.00 for nothing and had to go to the hospital. They wouldn’t even see me in an emergency as I was bleeding and in shock until I paid a balance. This place needs to be demolished.
Waiting in line just so the physician can tell me he don’t know what to tell me
