I normally do not write reviews, good or bad, but I have to give this. I have a double ear infection, possibly the worst pain I've felt in years. I tried to make an appt online, but it wouldn't let me until tomorrow. so, the web check in says that the next appt is at 3:30 so to "come on in". I arrived at 3:00pm and checked in, then I was told to wait outside until they call me to check in. the girls at the desk were doing nothing. in fact, one of the girls was directly told to "do something other then stand there". Christine from the N point location was awful. She took my phone call requesting a telehealth visit and completely disregarded anything I said, making me feel so uncomfortable. All I wanted was a televisit and she insisted I didn’t need one, talking to me like I’m stupid, telling me the doctor just gives antibiotics for this issue to make the patient happy and that it doesn’t actually help anything. Made an appointment online for 10:22, received a text 5 minutes before appointment that it was running 20 minutes late, I came at 10:40 and check in. Filled all insurance information out the day before for “faster service.” I’m still sitting here at 11:21. I asked the girl at the front counter for an ETA and with an attitude she told me she has no idea. Still made me fill out all the insurance information 😂 Just be ready to spend your entire day waiting to be seen.
I been waiting for my results since Friday I been calling finally my results in today but no one is available to release my results please I have a child with autism I’m bugging you guys please
