RecommendedMy husband had something in his eye so we went to ExpressCare on North Point Blvd. The service was excellent starting from the front desk through seeing the PA.
I took my wife there and sat in the waiting room for over an hour and fifteen minutes. Within that timeframe they took only 3 people back. Definitely NOT express care. I was told there was only ONE provider there. Not a doctor... A provider. We left. I'll take her to a REAL DOCTOR in the morning.
Diagnosed hubby with flu and sent to the hospital. He does not have flu but has pneumonia. They are quick to see you.
Took my daughter in and the doctor took his time and explained everything to me without rushing back out the door. I would definitely go back in the future.
I had the best care at this location. Everyone was very polite and showed concern! I would highly Recommend this location! Matter of fact I did recommend this location and my daughter is taking my granddaughter there now!
I have been there on several occasions. For different things. My care and assistance has been great. Close to home and many locations. My Physician Assistance the last visit "Theresa", she was outstanding and excellent. I highly recommend Express Care...
