I signed in online at 7 am for 2:15. I showed up 15 minutes early. I was in the lobby for almost 2 hours, they took everyone before me. People who were walk ins were seen before me. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional.

Do not come here! My husband cut his finger really deep so we rushed to the closest urgent care where we were told we’d be pushed to the top of the line (still waited 40 minutes to be seen). When we finally got taken to a room where we e waited for another 30 minutes, then before anything else they took him to get an X-ray. It’s the 2nd bad Experience. My son got a fish hook in his index finger, he arrived at the center at 11:55am (had reserved him a spot), waited for over an hour - once in the room it took another 30 min for the PA to show up, she number him and PULLED the opposite end of the bard of the hook making it worse, LEFT to either see others or phone and friend 3 hours later he was still sitting with no PA.. January 4th 2021 and today I received an email saying my invoice from August of 2017 was over 120 days late and would be sent to collections. I find it odd that even if my insurance didn't cover everything, why is the company waiting over 3 years to contact me about the invoice. I couldn't get anyone in billing to talk to me and the staff I did speak to just told me to call the billing department. RecommendedEvery person that works there is so friendly, helpful, and patient. They’re very professional and I have never had to wait long. When very sick over a weekend, they took great care of me with excellent follow up. I highly recommend the Owings Mills Express Urgent Care!!!
After waiting 6 1/2 hours for an COVID19 test my name was called. I gave the receptionist my ID and health insurance card. THEN I was told I had to leave my CC on file for incidentals. What is that? I refused to give them my CC and I left without being tested. I would NEVER go back to LBH urgent Care again!!
