RecommendedI blacked out and fell one week ago due to being dehydrated. I hurt my left leg below the knee. I thought I had twisted my tibialis muscle and sprained my ankle. I finally went to the Elkton (MD) location of Express Care. From the moment I entered the facility, I had a 5 Star experience. go in check in, sit in car, go in full out paperwork, sit in car finally get called in. stupid. they're too lazy to clean the chairs the already have marked for social distancing
Wait time is ridiculous. Big waste of time. Just go to the ER
2.5 hour wait in the car. No covid test. No compassion. I should've just went to the ER.
Scheduled a time online to be seen. Received a text moving the time back. Arrived 10 minutes prior to that time and wasn’t allowed in the building to sign in. All the sick and injured people are outside standing in the blazing sun in 90 degree heat and humidity just to sign in. Can’t wait in the car in A/C because then how can you get to the iPad to sign in? You can’t. There’s no option to check in online for the Hampstead location. Have to wait in line. I got in line and it moved up by about one person after twenty minutes.... read more
We have been here several times over the years. We have always had excellent care. However, if you want a rapid covid test be aware that they only have 20 per day. After standing in line for 2 hours they finally announce they only have twenty tests. We were likely at greater risk of getting covid waiting in line. Ridiculous and a complete waste of time.
Not making people wearing masks in the waiting area. What are you thinking?!?
