I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00am. I received a message telling me that they were running behind and that they would notify me before I came in for my visit. I normally do not write reviews, good or bad, but I have to give this. I have a double ear infection, possibly the worst pain I've felt in years. I tried to make an appt online, but it wouldn't let me until tomorrow. so, the web check in says that the next appt is at 3:30 so to "come on in". I arrived at 3:00pm and checked in, then I was told to wait outside until they call me to check in. the girls at the desk were doing nothing. in fact, one of the girls was directly told to "do something other then stand there". The wait times at the Parkville location have been ridiculous. I had an appointment for today at 5:28, and am still in the waiting room at 7:23. Earlier in the week, I came first thing when they opened for Covid testing and was one of the first ten people to come in. Somehow my visit that day ended up being three and a half hours.

@I have set up it for 3 hours and still have yet to be seen even though I had a appointment set and checked in online the girls at the front desk are very rude and not concerned about anything people are really sick and if they get an attitude with you they push you to the end of the line and make it seem like your number or you never came up

Christine from the N point location was awful. She took my phone call requesting a telehealth visit and completely disregarded anything I said, making me feel so uncomfortable. All I wanted was a televisit and she insisted I didn’t need one, talking to me like I’m stupid, telling me the doctor just gives antibiotics for this issue to make the patient happy and that it doesn’t actually help anything.
