Great customer service.
Frustrated to say the least. Took my car here for a $1500+ repair and drove home with another problem. My catalytic converter was stolen while on their lot. There are no security cameras where they parked my car, and when we tried to address the issue, we were met with a lack of accountability and empathy from the owner. Not willing to cover any expenses or share their insurance information with us. What a nightmare this has been for my family. I had a really frustrating experience at Express Tire and Auto that I just have to share. I took my car in because my rear passenger tire had a slow “leak” (I had only put air in a few times). After they looked at it, the owner said there was a tiny hole with nothing in it, and I agreed to let them patch it up. While I waited in my car, I noticed the young mechanic was really struggling to get the tire off rim.
