I had my patio and house roof replaced recently by Express. The main office had great communication the entire time, their price was lower than competitors (and they included more materials/extras). Rene the owner came out to review the work afterwards and address anything outstanding, and the job was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them and would hire again.
Express Roofing does excellent work and is competitive with other, professional roofing companies. Rene Palomino, his staff and crew are professional, efficient, punctual and, most importantly, do high quality work. I have used Express twice since moving to Arizona - in 2013 on my first house in Scottsdale, and again in 2020 in Fountain Hills. Both jobs were done on time, on budget and with excellent results.
Rene, Jeremy, Jenna and their crew were all wonderful to work with. Jeremy's estimate process included videos and photos of the current condition of our roof. He took the time to explain the details of their process. The estimate was clearly laid out and very thorough, and competitively priced. Had an absolutely outstanding experience using Express Roofing to get a new cedar roof on my older historic neighborhood home. From calling/working initially with Jeremy for estimate logistics, thorough follow up proposal sent by Jenna, personal pre-start assessment by the owner Rene and great on the ground project execution daily from foreman Ricardo/team. We needed our 27-year-old 3432 square foot title roof replaced after several leaks developed. After reviewing the potential companies with the Registrar of Contractors, Better Business Bureau, and the courts, we sought bids from three companies. This was by far the easiest major repair we have ever had to do! The whole Express Roofing team was great. We had way more damage than we had anticipated and they took care of everything, all why not adding much to the bid at all. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.
After doing extensive research, I selected Express Roofing to re-roof my tile roof. Jeremy, son of the owner of this family run business, was my contact person. He was very present, clear, honest, & concise discussing with me Express’ re-roofing options & services.
