They just did my roof and did a great job. They gave me very reasonable price and did it in a in a fast fashion. Highly recommended.
***** at Express roofing was initially easy and pleasant to work with. Until our roof leaked after completion of them replacing our roof. Kept blaming out HVAC and refused to take ownership. Had HVAC out who stated it was a roofing issue. Took us 1+ year and a 3rd party to prove that the roof was leaking due to substandard sealing by Express Roofing. It was also leaking by the poorly installed, replacement skylight we purchased through Express Roofing. Also found out over a year later that they took down our swamp cooler for... read more

Searching for a roofing company in AZ can be a challenge. The family at Express Roofing made it very easy. ***** was great from the very first call. She answered all our questions and I had a lot of them. I used Express as they came recommended. I felt the quality of the work was outstanding and that the price was fair. I had frequent issues with the communication as my scheduling got pushed back a couple of times with little notice. In addition this communication was done through email which I felt lacked professionalism. The office would apologize for the less then ideal communication but then it would happen again. It was a pleasure doing business with Express Roofing! When they inspected my roof, they took video so they could show me what they were seeing. The bid was very reasonable and included extra touches that made me feel like I was getting extra value. From start to finish, they were super professional, informative, and timely. My neighbors were impressed by how the crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. I am very pleased and impressed with their ************************* of work.
The estimator came out and I handed him the insurance company's list of repairs needed and their cost estimate. I specifically asked him if he could do this job and he said, yes. His estimate, instead, was for $4,400 more, which included many more items than the insurance required. When I told him that, he just wanted to argue about it. Apparently, the company will not work with insurance company requirements.
