Extremely slow service. No communication with customer.
These guys know everything. My dealership said that one of my lights would be $260 to fix, but the tech here pried one little piece into place and charged me $8. There is no better place to get your oil changed or your car serviced. These guys are so honest and helpful.
So, I told A gentlemen that I needed tires because I was driving across the country. They ended up charging me $350 for two tires. Before I could make it to another state I noticed that my brakes were screeching and my car smelled funny. Prior to this I had no issues with my brakes. Also the computer in my car is not working and my lights will not turn on properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone after this experience. So thankful I found them today! I’m from Georgia & the same people there always do the work on my car, so I was a little worried about someone new. But Justin at Express helped me today & he was great! Super helpful, problem fixed, & I only waited about 10 minutes. Thank you!!!! Would definitely return.
I am most impressed with this establishment, its employees and its manager, Ricky Moore. Mr. Moore spent a great deal of time diagnosing my issues, patiently explaining the problem in detail. Highly recommended!
I've have the worst luck trying to get 2 tires mounted. I would he thought that while waiting almost an hour in the oil change line and spending 110.00 dollars that this could be accomplished. No balance just putting the tires back on the rims in which was to be done at no charge because the first time they were mounted with no reguard to the condition of the wheels they leaked down after a couple of days. I went to walmart and had the remove tires and found the issue they overlooked. So I cleaned and painted wheels and took... read more
