This mccalla location has a thief, Jonathan West. When he moved my car today, he stole something from the console of my car. I didn’t find it missing til a little later, and of course he denied it. It was there when the car went in and he was the only one in there and it was gone when it came out. This happened Saturday July 20, I am going back Monday to look at video with manager, and I will be contacting the corporate office also. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. He had NO reason to open that console at all!
Recommended5 stars We were traveling on the highway and suddenly got a nail in our tire. It was 12:00pm Friday and they were very busy. Jack and Greg were nice enough to take us right away. Some sweet lady recommended Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and we were blessed!
Employees are always friendly and so helpful. Work is done quickly and they will thoroughly discuss with you any work or service they recommend.

Used their phone app to schedule an appointment for a front end allignment. Arrived on time and told I would have to wait at least 2 hours. Staff did not know anything about an appointment process. Claimed service was first come first served. I find it difficult to believe their phone app is anything more than a scam to get me to their business. I will be looking for somewhere else to service my vehicles.
Matthew and Damon are awesome mechanics. They're very professional and cool too! ��
