I have 4 vehicles in my family and none are in warranty. I have been taking them to express for maintenance and repair for years. I always get excellent service, honest work and the most life out of my vehicles because of they way they have been maintained. I highly recommend these gents!

People do not go here. My friend took her car here and had a part changed. Her car started acting up a few days later. She took her car back and they tried to charge her a arm and leg to fix a "new" problem. I sent her to a shop in eastridge...turns out express had loosened bolts and wires in her car to make her return. Tried to charge her over 300 dollars to fix something that wasn't even wrong with her car. She ended up paying 50 bucks to reconnect and tighten everything. Smh.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life today at Express Oil Change and Service Center at 5503 Brainerd Road. To start the problem out the wrong part was replaced initially. This caused the car to stale within 1/4th mile from the location. Once it was taken back, the person said "What do you expect me to do. You can pay $50.00 and have it put on the computer to see what is wrong with it."
