When you pull on the lot, you get immediate service. No waiting.
we had our ac completely replaced at the Cleveland store, they completely messed up my car! had to take it back to Cleveland 3 times after they said it was fixed, on i24 on my way to have knee surgery and heard a loud bang and my lights all came on and started overheating. pulled over and belt had fell off, had car towed to Lee hwy location and apparently the ac compressor fell off my car, 2 bolts were missing and one was broken off into motor. was so angry! but Jeff took care of us, had a rental car in an hour. took a week ... read more
Immediate attention when I pulled up. Attendants were courteous and professional in directing me to an open bay. Then quick and efficient in changing my oil. No problem with bringing my own oil and oil filter! I was out in just a few minutes.
The guys here are awesome!!! Fast, friendly and professional!!! I will never go anywhere else.
