Anytime I leave town, I go to Express Oil Change off on Rice Mine. I used to go to a different location, now I exclusively give my business to this one. I’m super anxious about any minor inconvenience in my car, plus I’m not as car savvy as I’d like to be...but the staff has always taken care of me. Oil changes, brake pads, and even replacing a light bulb; this crew knew what to do and had me on the road safely and as soon as possible. I had a very pleasant experience here. They didn’t try to up sell me, which I always appreciate. They were also nice, friendly, polite, and seemed to have fun on the job. 10 out of 10!
This location has always been so good to me. They are so professional and very educated and thorough! Hands down, best customer service. I had Daniel today and he was cracking jokes and had me laughing. Their whole staff is amazing. Their prices are good and they always get me out in a timely manner.
Had my oil changed on Saturday June 29th. Service was prompt and Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. Many people take these guys and the services they provide for granted, but they keep us safe during our travels. I truly appreciated the courteousness, respectfulness, and friendliness displayed by the guys. I hope they enjoyed their lunch!!
I cannot day enough good things about these guys! They always take care of me and make sure to give me a good deal. They are honest and respectful. Unless I have to go to a dealership, these are the only ones I go to in town!
