My brother told me about this place, he goes there to get his oil changed. He said they were fast, professional and prices were good. So today I pulled in to see what the hype was about and I must say I was impressed. First I wanna give a shout out to Mat, he is who you will meet when you pull into the bay. Mat was very thorough, walked me thru all my options for the oil change, then he starts calling out commands and people underground are checking your car and responding. I’ve been coming here for years and have brought several vehicles in. No matter what I’m there for, the service is always great. Everyone is friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. Matt and Bryce always do an awesome job and make sure everything is taken care of. I stopped in recently for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had me in and out quickly while still making me feel valued as a customer. Places with people like this are hard to find these days. Highly recommend.
Jai was very courteous and professional the entire time. Every once in a while I find Customer Care takes a back seat in today’s world, so it is refreshing to interact with someone like Jai.
