We just rented from there a jack hammer and it did not work. Very displeased

I had 2 different experiences, one was absolutely perfect, a little expensive but it was the manager or owner. ...then I came an hour before they closed and 2 guys did my oil change in like 7 mins not good, didn't get all the amenities the 2nd time either,like fluid check, vacuuming and ect. ...so idk your call go early
