The manager at New Richmond did my oil change on a 2012 Challenger. I had a full synthetic and the manager was revving my car to about 6000 rpm. I jump out of my chair when I heard it and immediately started yelling at him. I complained to the Hudson store manager, he apologized and offered another free oil change. I used that on a different car because I'd never return my Challenger there. I don't put many miles on it. Turns out, it's been leaking oil ever since. The oil filter wasn't tight on it.
