My experience with Express Homebuyers was great. I had a rental property I knew would need repairs and updates to sell. I spoke with a realtor as well as two other companies that advertise quick home purchases and Express Homebuyers offered the best option. I still had a renter in place so they knew we couldn't close for a couple months, but when my renter left almost a month early, Express Homebuyers was able to quickly move up the closing.
