The Express Homebuyers EH) Team are the best! I wanted to sell my home after retirement and didn’t want to spend the money on repairs to rent or sell. Express Home Buyers were great to work with when my family and I went through the process of selling my mom's house. There was some hiccups here and there but everyone worked well with me to get the settlement done as quickly as possible and made accommodations to work around our schedule and needs.
The whole process was handled very professionally and fairly. It moved along smoothly, including having a mobile notary at the settlement that took place in the in the home of the seller who is now mobility-impaired.
