I relinquish all my rights of May 2023 to the property. I thought that this transaction will be a quick one,but this is not the case. Once they had possession of the property the phone calls stop.. I have left several emails and voice messages and no one has returned my call. I don't understand what is going on because this was a cash purchase property when I purchased it. From the first contact with Express Home Buyers until settlement, it took only 9 days. This was truly a great experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and when or if we sell again it will be with Express Home Buyers. Super.
Very nice and friendly people to work with. Offered us a very fair price for our house which was sold as is. We settled earlier than originally expected. The process took about 20 minutes. Settlement was in the convenience of our home. Would definitely use this company again.
