By far the best experience I have had at an ER ! The doctor and the staff were very kind to my girls and I and provided great service.
My experience here was great. As soon as we arrived last night they greeted us with a smile. Our wait time was no more than 5 minutes. Dr. Hsu and his staff, Amanda, Kimberly, Gwen, and Jasmine took care of me and did amazing. They were able to treat me while also making me feel comfortable. I was extremely impressed with the follow up phone call I received today from Dr. Hsu. From now on this is the ER I will continue to go to and would also bring my family as needed. They were very nice and definitely made sure I was ok. Dr Thomas called the next day after my visit just to see how I was doing and if my knee was getting better. That was a first and made me feel good. I will definitely go back if I need to.

I've taken my kiddos their a few times. We love the friendly staff, always smiling and welcomes us in. My kiddos enjoy attending the Teddy Bear Clinic. Bringing in a different stuffy each time and coming up with a new boo boo then the nurses and doctor being so loving and caring. Thank you for always being so wonderful.
We had a wonderful experience, and were in and out in about an hour! My 4 year old son needed stitches, and Dr. Clayton was wonderful! Not that we hope for any more ER trips, but if the time comes again, we will definitely come back to express ER!
Express ER in Heights has the kindest, most compassionate medical staff around. I was seen and treated unbelievably fast and the facility is spotless.
