I’ve called 2x with 2 different insurances. They don’t take either. They also don’t take Obama care. The secretaries are rude. How do you ever expect to do well in a military town? You don’t take tri-care, my adopted children also have chips until 18, don’t take that. And refused my friend cause she had Obama care. I’ll stick with the urgent cares that will actually nicely see us, id rather wait 2 hours then ever step foot in there. 250$ to diagnose the flu and write a script for an earache 😂😂😂

I’ve been here twice and am just blown away by the thoroughness, kindness, compassion and care I’ve received on both occasions. I was seen immediately with no wait time and brought a nice cup of hot green tea to soothe my sore throat! I even received a phone call from the Doctor today inquiring into how I’m doing! This is the place I’ll go whenever I need urgent/emergency care! Hands down the best!!
Staff were incredibly excellent in doing their job, the facility itself is very clean and neat, the service was prompt and very detailed in educating me about my health condition (diagnoses and prognoses) I love how they follow -up regarding your condition the following day after the checked-up. God bless you more!
Went to Express ER after getting rear ended to get checked out. Staff was great and the facilities were first rate. They had drinks and snacks in the waiting room for patients which was a nice extra. I was in and out very quickly and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Can I just take a moment and just say THANK YOU EXPRESS ER!❤️ It was my first time going lastnight because I had a allergic reaction. The staff was so helpful and so nice 👍 did not have a wait time had me feeling better within only 30 minutes after getting a shot. Thank again!🙂 I would highly recommend if you have not heard of them.
For someone who doesn't like doctors, my experience today was the most enjoyable in my 45 years of life. Bedside manners A+, level of care A+, Staff A+! Thank you!
