DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They screw you over every chance they get. Our transmission went out less than 30 days after we got the car. They were rude about fixing it. They are all hateful when you call to ask them anything. They lost my payment that I paid to them in their office. It showed on my bank account, I sent them that information with receipt paid. If I could give a -5 stars, I would! PEOPLE..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE to purchase a vehicle unless you have no other option. These people are SCAMMERS! Way overcharge for EVERYTHING. These people prey on those who have less than perfect credit.
I'm blown away by the actual good ratings this place gets. Someone on the inside must be doing this, because I know NOBODY that has used this place that isn't dissatisfied with them. STAY AWAY from this place. There are other way BETTER options for financing a car. I've had a tow truck on my doorstep twice saying I am behind on payments when their records were incorrect. This place said they would help repair credit they don't. They sell junk cars and won't fix anything they said its not under warranty. I wouldn't buy a car if they gave me one management is rude and so are the customer service reps.
All these Five Star Reviews are obviously written by the same person. The kind of money these folks drop on advertising is a dead giveaway there ripping people off. My shadow will never cross their doorstep.
Helped get a car great service
Wish I could give 0 stars. They offered me not even half of my trade in value for my vehicle and upon showing them my vehicle's trade in value on nada's website sales manager simply says that's not what they go by. Then the vehicle I was asking about had a clean retail value of $18,000 and they were asking nearly $24,000. Needless to say I did not purchase there and recommend to every one else to not do business with them. I believe half the reviews on here they wrote themselves! You can tell! I checked this place out ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO - and they still call and bug me to this day! Prices they gave me when I came in were way different than what they promise! They also charge way too much for their cars!
Devon assisted me 100% as well as the sales manager. The vehicle I wanted wasnt available yet and they worked hand and foot to make sure I got a car that I was satisfied with, they actually got me a car I wanted more than the original car that I chose. I couldn't be happier with the assistance I received.
