RecommendedWe needed a Chromebook for schoolwork, and I wanted to support local business if possible. The owner was extremely helpful, we were in and out quickly, and the price was very fair. They had a huge selection, and we'll definitely be back for more electronics in the future!

Highly recommend coming here for repairs, lap tops, phone accessories. They helped repair my iPhone and was very patient with me and the phone. Tried everything to get it up and going due to it not wanting to update. Got it working after a few times of trying. Head over and check them out. Definitely bringing my iPad to get repaired due to my son dropping it.

I spent 3 hours at Experimac today retrieving what I thought was lost data. Ryan Franz would not give up. He was patient and meticulous and ultimately resolved all of my issues. I was shocked at the very nominal amount of the bill and would have willingly paid a multiple of that amount for all of the help I received. I hope I don't have such serious data issues again, but if I do, I will skip the Apple store visit and the call to the software vendor and go straight to Ryan. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
