I wanted to share a compliment after an encounter I had last week. I was walking along Stephen Road with my shopping when my cart got caught and tipped over. A young gentleman came rushing over from across the road to help me pick everything up and pack it back into my trolley. He even helped me wheel it to my car down the road.
