I hired Exovations for a siding replacement in August 2023, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Communication was poor - I stayed home multiple days expecting the crew, only for no one to show up without notice. I later found a large hole in my attic wall that was just covered with weather sheeting instead of repaired, which raises concerns about other hidden issues. Requested information from Deckorators composite deck material and stated that I already have a contractor. Now I have received voicemail, text, and email from this company. Why reach out to an individual who states they already have a contractor. I get that you want to be listed as a Deckorator pro but might want to revisit your sales tactic because this experience has not been good.
I cannot say enough great things about working with Exovations on my front door project. I've wanted a new door for years and felt overwhelmed with trying to design, source the materials and figure out to install. The attention to detail by all of the crews that transformed our home was astounding and very appreciated!!!! The carpenters, the stone masons, and the paint crew each exuded a passion to provide a beautiful and flawless outcome and they did! We cannot believe this is our old 1974 home looking so sleek and new. This old house presented some challenges, but they solved each one with patience and detail. We love our NEW home!!!! We have not pulled the trigger yet with Exovations but we have been super impressed with Joy and how thorough and helpful she’s been during the design and sales process. We would highly recommend her expertise to our friends and neighbors. Has been a great experience.
