I bought a gecko lizard about five months ago. Every time I have a question or a problem the owner always go above and beyond to help. Even went as far as keeping him over night because he was having a little trouble shedding. Couldn't ask for a better pet store.
I decided to set up my fish tank and went to Exotic Jungle to support a local business. I spent $100 there, which included $25 for this awesome shark. When the young lady was putting him in a bag, it hit its head but seamed ok. I drove straight home (20-30 minutes) and when I got the shark out of the bag it was all but dead, I immediately called the store to tell them and the same young lady answered the phone, I explained to her that I would be out of town and I would come back in on Friday to get an exchange or refund. I'm not pleased with the service of this establishment or their reply to me after my complaint which they deleted on Facebook denying the truth of my accusations. Everything went downhill at the Fairmont store once Bree left.
Bought a baby bearded dragon, along with a tank, mat, heating mat/lights, UVB bulb and reflector, calcium supplement, and many other things for my wife's birthday. After several days our dragon's health began to deteriorate. I took him to an exotic vet in Morgantown, who informed me he was likely too small to be released into our care, and wrote me a letter stating this to take in to the store.
