Love this shop! Kate is amazing, she’s soooo knowledgeable about anatomy, placement, etc. everybody is always super nice, the shop is always clean, everything is neat, organized & sterile. Love getting pierced here & I always go here when I need jewelry, def the best prices!
Arrived yesterday just after 5pm, the store was busy but at 5:45 was told they could not do the piercing. They close at 6pm, no one else was left. Begged, offered more money but they did not budge. We went to Piercing Perfection today, so glad we did.
Business response:
Our piercer kindly explained that she would be late to pick up and feed her baby if she stayed for all of you. The procedures take time, and sanitizing the room for the next day is very time consuming as well and can't be done until after clients leave. Honestly, i'm proud of her for choosing to give up money rather than feeding her newborn an hour late. Our employees and their families are very important to us and I support Kate 100% for choosing family over money.
I love this place. Always clean, employees are friendly. The best part is Kate, she is amazing. She makes sure you are comfortable with the placement and talks you through the whole process. She is the only person allowed to put holes in my face!!!
Went with some friends after work. We arrived just before 5 because they close at 6. At 5:25 we were told they could not fit us in for a nose piercing. No one else was in the store. We were told they had to clean up for the next day. If your store hours are until 6 you don’t clean up until after you close. At least that’s what we do in my business. Won’t go back their. Found Piercing Perfections in stead.
My coworker and I got there at 4:50. We were literally waiting around and told them what kind of piercings we wanted and picked out our jewelry. We were then told that they stop doing piercings at 5:30 and we would have to come back and gave us a $5 coupon. The store hours are until 6pm. Even as I type this it’s 5:49. We were in the building for 40 minutes and nothing. $5 coupon does nothing in perspective to customer service. And keep in mind this was after we went to the Summerville location who was closed. Business response:
The Summville store was closed because of a criminal act that caused a lot of damage to the roof and to other businesses in the shopping center. We are open til 6 on Sundays. If someone wants to come in last minute and buy jewelry or something else, they can do that until 6. We stop taking piercing when doing so means we can no longer close on time. Hair Salons, massage therapy, and other service oriented businesses do the same thing.
They were very fast and friendly they did a great job and I couldn’t be happier!
I've gone to Exotic for all of my piercings. I will always recommend them no matter what. All the piercers that work there are amazing! They're so nice and professional! Rhys is my main guy and I love all of his work. He is truly amazing. He makes the process as easy as possible. Please go here for piercings! You will not regret it.
Went to the North Charleston location on a whim after seeing someone with a daith piercing and asked her where did she get it done and did it help with migraines as I’ve suffered for over 20 years. She says yes and told me to come here. I was extremely nervous as the only piercings I’ve ever had were my ears as a kid and those always got infected. Went back in February for my daith for migraine relief. Every one was so helpfully amazing, I love the atmosphere and I will be coming back on my birthday to get another piercing.
