It was my first time getting pierced by Kate and she did not disappoint. I love her personality, she has a serious yet nice demeanor and she makes you feel tougher than you actually are. Wasnt nervous at all. My dermal and septum look amazing. It was fast, professional, extremely clean and sterile and I have no complaints as usual. Theres a reason i dont go anywhere else for my piercings anymore! Will be back!

I've only been there once but I was greeted warmly and immediately made to feel comfortable. I was nervous since I last had my ears pierced as a child. Kate Burns Boyd calmed me down with her demeanor. She was very professional and made sure that the placement of each hole was where I wanted it. The pain was minimal due to her expertise! I highly recommend this establishment and Kate in particular!
