Al did a very good job helping us sell our house. He had our best interest in mind when he helped us look for a place to rent. He was very calm and professional throughout the listing/selling process.
Alex was very responsive whenever we needed to contact him. He kept us informed of all activities on our listing. He even removed snow from the edge of the roof to prevent ice dams from forming since we were not living in the house at the time. I would recommend him if you are looking of a good realtor that will do what it takes to get your house sold.

Al Richter really worked with us to find a great house. We worked with a couple realtors before we landed with Al! Would highly recommend Al to new and veteran house shoppers alike! I met Al after he helped a good friend of mine buy a new house. When I went over to help the friend move, Al was right there with them moving out of their old place and into the new, even driving a uhaul for them. If that doesn't tell you how much he cares about his client. I don't know what will.
