We would definitely recommend Al, he is very knowledgable about real estate. He was always in contact with us. Answered promptly any questions we had. Did a great job of coordinating. He was always professional and courteous, and never kept us waiting.

Lots of good things to say about Al. I really appreciated that he is very responsive and super easy to work with. He worked hard to find some alternatives for my situation and made buying my first home (which is a very stressful thing) seem so easy. It was a very smooth process. Joe sold our house in Oakdale in 30 days. Our home was on an easement and the backyard board the freeway so we knew it would take a special buyer for our home to sell. Spencer went above and beyond to find us our dream home in less than a few months! He didn’t try to upsell or push us towards a house with any problems or that we clearly did not see fit! All questions I had and no matter the time were answered promptly and efficiently!

Al was very responsive to all our requests. He had market knowledge on pricing and areas that was very helpful. He put us in touch with people in all areas of the sales process that made the sale of our old property and purchase of our new one very seamless. I have already recommended Al to several people and will continue to do that going forward.
