Answered my phone calls and text messages accordingly. I would recommend Al to anyone looking at purchasing or selling a home. To create a good relationship in this type of process its making yourself available at all hours of the day. Al did a great job of this and also helped with the negotiation process as well. We were very satisfied with his service.
We had a record number of showings, however the unique design of the property required “the right” buyer to walk through the door. Spencer’s knowledge of the local market, in addition to him being a 3rd generation realtor, helped drive the record number of showings at our home!
