Nick, was very knowledgeable about the process of buying & selling the home. My wife & I were first time home buyers and we're constantly freaking out about minor things and it was Nick who was always there with an answer or suggestion. When we sell our house a few years down the road we will for sure be giving him s call.

Nick helped us throughsuch a stressful time. I hardly ever had to contact him with questions through this process. He took me to several homes and was so patient with me in hearing what we needed as a family. He called and emailed me right away anytime something was changing during our buying process. He was patient and knowledgeable when it came to finding the right home for us. As soon as a house came on the market he worked hard at getting us a private showing as soon as possible. As first time home buyers he was able to answer all the questions we had and made the experience as easy on us as he could.

He showed us a house but was uncertain to what all came with it. It was his first time viewing the property too. He seemed alright he did an alright job explaining the process and setting us up with a local website for finding a home.

Loved working with Nick. Got a great house at a great price! Despite problems with the title work he stuck with it and I got the place. I really liked the fact that he used docusign so I was able to sign documents right from my phone.

Nick helped us sell our house in Grand Forks. He was very quick to answer questions and keep us in the loop. He had the house posted on many different sites and did what he asked him to do. He was also very easy to work with after we moved from Grand Forks. He would check on the house for us, do anything we need to have done in the house. He also was able to send most of the documents we need to sign to our email and we were about to sign them via email. It also was able to help answer any of our questions

Nick made my first home purchase very smooth and easy. If I had questions he was always available to answer all questions. We looked at the home we ended up buying a few times and Nick always made time for us. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing a whole lot about the process Nick made it easy for us.
