Wonderful Experience – Exhale was wonderful. A very peaceful environment with an excellent staff. Core fusion is a must. My teacher, Kimberly, was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Highly reccomended. Its worth the price.

Pricey but worth it – I'm now a regular at Exhale and I highly recoomend it. The serivices are always top notch the employees are always nice and helpful whether your checking out at close or just hanging out to chit chat in the waiting rooms. Glen is fantastic for a massage....actually any of the men are...the women are good but nothing incredible. Yoga classes well worth your time as well. Always tranquil and a wonderful experiances

A place you want to spend more time – Trainers are excellent. They are supportive and skilled. Can bring entire class along (even if there are newcomers) at same time. You want to stay for a facial or massage. The feeling in the space is calming and traqnquil. Highly suggest core fusion class.
