My son and I attended the absolute basic yoga class and enjoyed it very much. The instructor was helpful, professional, and gave us a lot of attention. We both intend to return.
The class was incredible!!! It was hip hop weekend, so it was a little packed at the pool. Your staff was extremely polite and easy going-I will recommend it to my friends and will return for another class! Thanks!
I had to stay in Boston due to the ash cloud causing a stop to all plans. I got a massage and facial. They were the best! A big thank you to Jamie. I truly enjoyed my time at Exhale
Andrea’s classes are just fabulous. Great detail and timing is great
I enjoy Alice Seako’s yoga class. I was very challenged to do poses I hadn’t dared before but only because I felt confident through out her guidance
Kim performed acupuncture on me and was awesome. She explained everything to me. She truly cares about her guest. I will be scheduling another appointment with her
A downtown oasis – Exhale is a true oasis right in the heart of downtown Boston on Arlington Street. There are several classes and body/relaxation services, all of which can bring a sense of balance. These difficult (and pricey!) classes blend yoga, pilates, and high energy dance moves with music. The waiting areas a... read more
waste of money--you are paying for attitude – the place caters to an upper scale or wanna be clientele and you feel it as soon as you go in. instead of relaxing you feel that if you are not wearing the right attire you will be treated differently and to a place where you go to relax that is a total minus to say the least. it was a rainy day when i got there, i was soaked from head to toe. as soon as i walked in they directed me to the basement where i was going to get a facial. the front desk person looked at me like i did n... read more
Clean, relaxing and friendly. – Had a couples massage recently. I really enjoyed the Swedish massage. The deep tissue massage was less relaxing. Not enough deep rubbing and too much deep prodding. I guess different people like different things... Great location near my hotel in the Back Bay and the place was really clean. One feels very relaxed as soon as you step into the spa. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience.
