Natalie, I was given a surprise visit there once from my boss. I was less than impressed. Today I was going to call for an appointment in hopes it might have been just a bad day for the person helping me in the past. But after your post I see they are not who I want to deal with. So sad and I'm so sorry that happened to you and I do hope your child is doing just fine now? I did make an appointment Bella Sante. Such nice people... can't wait to go for my massage!!!
I am beyond disappointed in Exhale Back Bay. My husband made a same day appointment for me as a surprise (very sweet) and an hour later my 3 month old baby started vomiting and has been screaming and super sick... I'm thinking it is the stomach flu that has been going around. I called to explain my situation and wanted to either get a credit or reschedule my appointment (which was 2 hours from the call) and they were not accommodating at all. Love it here! – I love this place and highly recommend it! I am a nurse and get a weekly massage here. They are always very professional and nice. I also take yoga classes here too.
This was my first visit to exhale and it was absolutely delightful! The staff was wonderful to work with and the services I had (manicure and massage) were top notch. I especially enjoyed my massage with Sharon, I mean it when I say it was the best massage I ever had! She listened to what I was hoping to get out of the appointment and she focused on all of the trouble areas I wanted/needed. She did wonders for my back. Thank you, exhale spa, I'll definitely be back.
I am taking on the personal challenge of experiencing and experimenting with your Core Fusion classes. Yesterday, was my first class-Basics, with teacher Denise. Denise was clear in her instruction, patient/compassionate in nature, and held vibrant/enthusiastic energy for the full hour of class. The humility I experienced was assuaged by Denise's positivity, encouragement, and warm smile. Thank you for a positive 1st experience!
