Thanks to Catherine Tucker who helped me out when she wasn’t teaching. I recently took a Thighs & Glutes class and began feeling light headed. She took me to the waiting are and stayed with me until I felt better

I visited exhale for the first time yesterday for a waxing with :Leila - she is fantastic and the entire spa is beautiful - I look forward to returning soon!

This was my first visit to exhale and it was absolutely delightful! The staff was wonderful to work with and the services I had (manicure and massage) were top notch. I especially enjoyed my massage with Sharon, I mean it when I say it was the best massage I ever had! She listened to what I was hoping to get out of the appointment and she focused on all of the trouble areas I wanted/needed. She did wonders for my back. Thank you, exhale spa, I'll definitely be back.

I am taking on the personal challenge of experiencing and experimenting with your Core Fusion classes. Yesterday, was my first class-Basics, with teacher Denise. Denise was clear in her instruction, patient/compassionate in nature, and held vibrant/enthusiastic energy for the full hour of class. The humility I experienced was assuaged by Denise's positivity, encouragement, and warm smile. Thank you for a positive 1st experience!

I enjoyed my experience at Exhale, particularly the excellent facilities and customer service. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. The locker room was great (love the fact that the locker has its own lock!), and the atmosphere was good. The class was good too and tough.
