Very clean and organized UC
I had a great experience at Exer Urgent Care this week. I arrived around 7:45 PM and was out by 8:30 PM, which was amazing. The clinic was very clean and sanitized when I walked in. Check-in was super easy — they send you a text link so you can complete all your paperwork on your phone, so you don’t have to touch shared screens or clipboards. Very fast and the staff was nice. The doctor was knowledgeable and very kind. I appreciate the good care!!! I live around the corner and always go to other places but I'll be coming back and referring others to go there as well
Doctor still not here 2 hours after opening, they lock the doors but still have signs up saying they are open. I had to try using the door 3 times and calling with no answer. Two girls were sitting inside looking through the blinds too. Waste of time.
