Delayed service with a 2-person waitlist per their sign in kiosk and screen. Office staff user error caused a one-hour delay of service and a $200+ payment request for the visit. There was lack of communication, urgency, and respect for the elderly patient waiting to be seen. Staff voiced a lack of supplies for the visit and referred us back to the Primary who sent us there. they later found supplies and provided the assistance but ultimately this urgent care experience was worse than just going to ER.
