Very unprofessional and not honest! Beware of going through this realty group! I found a listing on craigslist from the Executive Realty Group and responded by an email. I received an email back telling me to contact Mark who would set up a time for me to view the townhouse. I spoke with Mark and set up a viewing 2 days later. After viewing the house, I told Mark I was interested but noticed the ad listed a Nov. 5th move in, but I would need to move by Nov. 1st.
