I thought I had a deal on a new rouge . I showed up with a certified check, my cars title and was told that the deal i worked out was not accurate. The problem started with the salesman introducing me to a manager and he said that I would get 3 years maintenance. The blue book price for my car was $1800. And that they would put the roof rack back on the car ( there was a charge on the sticker $368). For the rack. I called the next morning and told them I would take the deal. Salesperson Kim treated my wife very well and worked hard to get the deal done. Pleased overall with the outcome even though out of state purchase proved slightly complicated.
