I brought my car in fir service on 5/28 for what was supposed to be a 90,000 service amongst other things. Included in the 90,000 service was supposed to be the replacement of the engine and cabin filters but they were not replaced. When i asked the service associate about it she said that since i didn't specifically mention that and i sign the order, i had to pay extra.
